- Return Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- You raise the return request within 7 days of delivery.
- Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Innerwear, lingerie, or personal wear.
- Customized or altered items.
- Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.
- Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Exchange Policy
Size or color exchanges are available based on stock availability.
If your desired replacement is not in stock, a refund will be issued.
- How to Request a Return
- Log in to your Shopinza account.
- Go to My Orders and select the product.
- Click Return/Exchange and follow the instructions.
- A pickup will be arranged at your delivery address, where applicable.
- Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For COD orders, we will contact you for UPI or bank details for the refund.
We treat this information as confidential and use it solely for the purpose of processing your refund, in line with our Privacy Policy.
- Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible but a return can be requested after delivery.
